The items themselves were perfectly fine - the keychain won't be to scale, so it's really just a pillow keychain. But it's a nice reminder of your little one while on the go. My only complaint is about tracking of the shipping. Tracking updates for shipping are only tracked in the country of manufacture - you'll see it passed from one local courier to another. But once it gets to an international shipping carrier outside the manufacturing country, it's no longer updated. I've sent a few emails already suggesting to advise customers that detail during the shipping process, but no luck. So I'm letting you people reading this review know in case you don't see any updates. But if it's 10 days past the recommended shipping time and there aren't any expected delays (like ordering around mother's day or Christmas), then you may want to check with customer service. Overall: good product with a lot of sentimental value. A bit pricey (but I think most of the cost goes to shipping heavy items). Remember: no tracking updates once it reaches international carriers.

I love having this everyday whenever I'm away from my little baby, it's a little reminder to myself of my beautiful baby. I do wish you could personalize the Keychain the same way you do with the birth pillow. Definitely will order another one if you are able to in the future!
